The activities of the Law Firm focus on:

with particular emphasis on matters relating to properties, especially on:
- analyzing property legal status (legal due diligence), regulating legal status,
- negotiating and concluding agreements in the field of property trade (including the sales contract, the exchange contract, the deed of gift),
- managing properties (including lease agreements, rental agreements, agreements to establish easement),
- building the value of the property.
Besides the legal activities on properties, the Law Firm offers the development of legal & business pathways in order to optimize the Client’s property, including the elimination or reduction of all diagnosed risks affecting or likely to affect the value of the property.
Depending on the needs connected with a particular case or project, the Law Firm cooperates with counselors and experts from other fields, including:
- entities dealing with investment consulting,
- tax advisers,
- auditors and experts in property,
- notaries.

Forms of settlement:
- remuneration according to the rates per hour,
- lump sum remuneration,
- lump sum remuneration specified in percentage or amount, which will depend on the subject of the order (a success fee).
Settlement is made on the basis of the invoice which is accompanied by a detailed specification of the work performed, thus allowing the Clients to verify the activities of the Law Firm.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, entered into the list of Legal Advisers kept by the Warsaw Bar Association.
In addition, I completed post-graduate studies in the field of:
- valuation of property at the Warsaw University of Technology,
- Investment and Development Projects at the Warsaw Real Estate University.
I am also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (management consultancy).
I specialize in economic, civil and administrative law, with particular emphasis on legal services for the property market in a broad sense.
I gained professional experience in the property structures of companies in the banking and logistics sectors, including companies with the State Treasury’s share, thanks to:
- leading the property projects connected in particular with trade and regulation of the legal status of the property,
- participating in a great deal of projects in the field of property management including optimization of their value.
At the same time I developed my legal and property competences on the market by participating in property audits and projects related to investment property trade, as well as by supporting the owners and users of properties.
I conducted successfully legal proceedings on the property and I have experience in cooperation with state and local administration authorities..
